Glendale is the west Valley's mix in one city: post-war and 1970s houses around downtown with shingle and flat sections, newer tile subdivisions running north toward Arrowhead. Half our Glendale work is keeping older roofs honestly alive; the other half is tile relays where builder felt has hit its date.
The west side also takes the afternoon sun square on — and the slopes that face it age faster than the rest of the same roof.

Older Glendale carries a detail the newer Valley does not: roofs on their second or third covering. What is under the surface — layers, old repairs, patched decking — decides the real scope more than the surface does, which is why we open our estimates from the roof and price what is actually there.
The flat-roof additions and carports common in these neighborhoods are usually the first thing to leak in a monsoon: built low, drained flat, and coated whenever somebody last remembered. Foam and a scheduled white coat retire that cycle.
Neighbourhoods we work in: Arrowhead Ranch, Historic Sahuaro, Maryland Lakes, Westgate area, Thunderbird Palms, Ocotillo Rose.
